‘Twas the Night Before Christmas in Real Estate

With a fun twist on an old Christmas classic, we wanted to spread a little holiday cheer with a fun of way of sharing some tips and tricks that can brighten your property listings (and your holidays) and lead to tons of sales during the most wonderful time of the year and in the New Year!

‘Twas the night before Christmas when all through the open house

no clients were stirring, not even a mouse. Scented candles were burning on the chimney with care,

in hopes that potential buyers soon would be there.

The home was staged from the kitchen to the beds,

as visions of quality photos danced in the realtor’s head.

Every room was decluttered, no broken items appear.

The kitchen was sparkling, and the windows were clear.

The bathrooms were cleaned, and the floors waxed.

And so the weary realtor began to relax.

When out on the lawn there arose quite a clatter,

she ran to the door to see what was the matter!

When what to her wondering eyes should appear,

but an Oscar Mikols photographer with all of his gear!

Dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot,

wearing clothes that were not tarnished with ashes or soot.

He had a bundle of photo gear flung on his back

and all the latest gadgets stuffed in his sack.

With bright eyes that twinkled and dimples so merry,

he glanced at the home that looked bright and cheery!

He spoke not a word, but went straight to work,

snapping lots of  great photos (and video too!) before turning with a jerk…

With a twinkle and nod, he said now this home will sell fast,

Be ready for those offers - your listing won’t last!

Buyers will soon spring to the seller’s front door.

When they see these stunning OM photos and more.

We help them visualize how they can be living the dream,

And you get the joy of seeing your clients’ faces beam!

When you get your commission check, and see your clients smile,

All that we ask is that you send us a referral in a short while.

And then he thanked them and drove out of sight,

shouting “Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!”
